Delivery
In stock items are generally dispatched within 1-3 days after order confirmation to the delivery address providing during the ordering process.
We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
For deliveries within Greece, we offer free shipping. Deliveries within the European Union are charged at 20€ and shipping to the rest of the world is charged at 40€.
IMPORTANT:
Any and all duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and if you for any reason you refuse delivery you will still be charged the duties and taxes. Your item will be returned to us and you will be directly charged for the unpaid duties and taxes along with the additional shipping costs.
Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you would like to know more about duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Returns
If you would like to exchange an item please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Let us know your order number, item codes and which item or different size you would like to order so we can confirm availability.
To be eligible for a return you must send the item back to us within 14 days of delivery in its original condition, unused, undamaged, unmarked, unaltered and complete with all original BLANC package.
Our returns address is: BLANC, 5 Chavriou st. 10562, Athens Greece.
Returns received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.
The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer and sending is undertaken at your own risk. Please opt for appropriate and insured means of delivery to ensure the item you wish to return reaches us in good condition. For non-received or damaged items we do not take responsibility nor issue any refunds.
Where you have paid any duties or taxes directly to the relevant authorities on the importation of the product you wish to return, BLANC shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund of such duties or taxes from the authorities or whether or not such a refund is responsible.
Refunds are issued only if the item is damaged or faulty. Sale items cannot be refunded. When your return has been received by our company you will be notified by email. You will receive a full refund within 14 days from receipt, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
Pre-Order
A PRE-ORDER IS AN ORDER YOU CAN MAKE FOR A NEW ITEM BEFORE IT IS IN STOCK AND AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY

Pre orders require full payment to be made at checkout.
Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations. If you would like to cancel a preorder we will refund in a form of a store credit or exchange only.
Please note that delays may occur and dates are not guaranteed. We will ship orders the moment they are available.
Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than the estimated delivery date due to several factors (eg: customs)
Please do not order if you are unable to wait.
If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available. We advise that you place orders for in stock and pre-order items separately, so that the in stock items you’ve purchased can reach you faster.
